Yeah, yeah, yeah "Dan's great"...."working out makes me feel better"...."I'm happy to fit into smaller pants"....."I have more energy" and all that stuff. But the real reason is THE STRETCH. Just imagine, you've just finished one hour of a hard workout - lifting weights, planks, lunges, squats and then there's THE STRETCH. Check it out for yourself. Awwwwwww!!!
